The purpose of this is to remove technical barriers to getting a new site set up, so that you can get familiar with our setup, and writing content immediately.
You'll be sent login instructions for a brand new site set up and configured with our best practices, as an exact copy of the themes below. You'll have 30 days to try the site out for free, while writing content.
The site will be shut down after 30 days, unless you've signed up with Deep Roots Hosting and have an active Feast Plugin (and Feast+, where applicable) subscription.

Yes! Customers with existing sites can use this service to spin up a fresh new WordPress site, though we generally recommend focusing on a single site.
No. Shared hosting environments have technical limitations that don't allow for this. The purpose of this service is to remove technical barriers to allow you to focus on writing posts, which is what managed hosting is necessary for.
In theory you can, but the likelihood of breaking something is high. This service is meant for brand new sites with no pre-existing content (or very minimal content that can be manually copied over).
No! This is a site set up with the Feast Plugin pre-configured, as well as our recommended plugins and configurations. While this saves hours of work getting set up, a theme is only 10% of running a content site.
You still need content, third party integrations, ongoing learning and education, and much more.
This simply gets you started on the right foot.
