- Your "brochure" that highlights blog, media and social
- Includes blog name, contact info, what you do, target audience/demographics, website traffic and metrics, social metrics, work samples and previous sponsorships (case studies)
- Used for podcast pitches, speaker pitches for events/conferences, brand partnerships and PR
Case study
- Outlines a project or partnership with specific details
- Includes project scope, deliverables, objects, metrics, KPIs and ROI
- Highlight customer testimonial
- Used for brand partnerships, podcast pitches, speaking engagements
Portfolio & Rate Sheet
- Separate from the Media Kit
- Highlights specific samples of work, services included, with pricing attached
- It's also important to specify what is not included, or offer upsells/add-ons
- Used for freelance writing/reciep development, photography, video services, VA services, social media services
Event deck
- Details the venue, capacity, cost per head, schedule, takeaway
- Provide examples of past events, including video and photos if possible, and testimonial of past events
- Used for cooking classes, retreats, masterminds, events
Custom proposal
- Outlines the clients requests, KPIs, deadline
- Explains your vision of the proposal, scope of work, project rates and fees, potential add-ons
- Outlines next steps and contact info
- Used for cookbook proposals, consulting, investors, or large corporate partnerships
Business plan
- Very detailed, provided to banks or investors
- Explains the current vision, values and objectives
- Business plans change weekly or monthly, so don't try to get it perfect
- Should include standard business plan details such as SWOT analysis, cash flow, profitability, team (employees, contractors), market analysis, exit strategy
