We don't recommend running any ad networks aside from the 3 mentioned above.
Cook'd Pro has four separate areas available for ad codes. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets and open up one of these sidebars:
- Primary Sidebar – ads up to 300px wide
- Secondary Sidebar – ads up to 160px wide
- After Entry-ads up to 300px wide
